Yasser has over 27 years of experience specialized in the fields of auditing and assurance of working with Multinational firms. Yasser provides financial controls and management planning to several business entities operating in Egypt, responsible for the office relationship with clients, as well as for organizing training courses at the office, within various economic sectors of both multi-national and local companies including banking and financial institutions, hotels, manufacturing, trading, real estate sectors.

Gomaa has 24 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax, and Due Diligence engagements through his many years working with multinational accounting firms. Gomaa provides financial controls and management planning to many businesses operating in Egypt, he provided professional services in preparing and conducting the accounting system and accounting cycles, he also has substantial experience in the banking, real estate investment, industrial companies sector, and mergers. -Registered at the Financial Regulatory Authority -Registered at the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) -Member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (MESAA)

Yasser has over 27 years of professional experience in developing and evaluating accounting and internal control systems for both domestic and multinational enterprises. Has a vast experience in various economic sectors, including, banking finance, real estate, investment banking, assets management, manufacturing, telecommunication, and health care. Responsible for quality assurance. Yasser has also associated in several special assignments related to valuation and merges. As a systems specialist, he is performing systems analysis and design of manual accounting systems, formal procedures, as well as internal control procedures. -Member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (MESAA) -Member of the Egyptian Society of Taxation (MEST)

Hatem has gained experience in the field of accounting and auditing through his 26 years of working with multinational accountancy firms. He carried out many Due Diligence engagements. And in many cases provided management planning to several business units operating in Egypt, Hatem also has substantial experience in the banking sector specifically loan settlements, industrial, commercial companies, and non-profit organizations.

Mahmoud holds a B.Com in Accounting (2006) from Cairo University. He has over 14 years of experience in the areas of accounting and audit. He holds many training courses in Egypt and abroad. His specialized sectors are manufacturing, construction, services sector, and retail and asset management sectors. -Member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (MESAA)

Sayed holds a B.Com in Accounting (2007) from the Banha University. He has over 13 years of extensive experience in the areas of accounting and audit. He carried out many Due Diligence engagements. His specialized sectors are banking, mutual funds, manufacturing, construction, retail, educational services, tourism, and hotels.

Abdelhady has extensive experience in the field of accounting and auditing for more than 20 years through his work in audit firms both local and international companies. Abdelhady specializes in making accounting systems and documentary cycles for large companies and institutions. He is also responsible for the accounting registration section in the office.

Ahmed has over 11 years of experience in Audit & Assurance and also in charge of the internal audit division. His extensive audit and internal audit experience derive from both local and multinational companies. Ahmed has gained extensive experience in financial Due Diligence throughout his career. His experience within the industry over the years has helped major corporations in creating their internal audit divisions and has financially advised many companies in various sectors. He has good experience in auditing healthcare, oil & gas sectors, and services companies.
